Legal Centre

Every policy, disclosure and governing document in one index. We publish these in full rather than on request, because an organisation that advises on accountability should be straightforward to hold to account.

Governing documents

The documents that apply to you

Which ones apply depends on whether you are a website visitor, an enquirer, or a client under a signed engagement.

Order of precedence. Where a signed proposal, statement of work, engagement letter, data processing agreement or security rules-of-engagement document conflicts with the published Terms of Service, the signed engagement document governs the specific professional service to the extent of that conflict. The published documents operate as the general framework for everything a signed engagement does not address.

Accessibility statement

DataFort Solutions Ltd. aims to make this website usable by as many people as possible, and we design against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA as our working target. In practice that means semantic HTML structure, a visible keyboard focus indicator throughout, operation of every interactive component without a pointing device, text alternatives for meaningful imagery, colour contrast tested against the AA thresholds, support for text resizing and browser zoom, and respect for the prefers-reduced-motion setting.

We have not commissioned an independent conformance audit, and we do not claim full conformance. Known limitations include decorative imagery inherited from our previous site and the behaviour of certain third-party embedded content, which we do not control.

If you encounter a barrier on this website, or need information from it in an alternative format, please tell us through the contact page and describe the barrier and the assistive technology you are using. We aim to acknowledge within five business days and to provide the content in an accessible alternative format while a fix is developed.
