How to reach us

Use the form for general enquiries and proposal requests. For anything time-critical, say so in the first line of your message.

Registered office

DataFort Solutions Ltd.
12 Emerald Square
Dublin 4
Ireland

Response times

General enquiries: one business day. Proposal requests: three business days for a written scope. Existing clients with a retained incident-response arrangement should use the escalation route in their engagement document rather than this form.

Coordinated vulnerability disclosure

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in a DataFort Solutions Ltd. system, please report it through this form with "Vulnerability report" as the subject. Give us enough detail to reproduce the issue. Please do not access, modify or exfiltrate data belonging to us or our clients, do not degrade our services, and give us a reasonable period to remediate before any public disclosure. Nothing on this website grants permission to test our systems; this is a disclosure channel, not an authorisation to perform security testing.

Data protection enquiries

To exercise your rights as a data subject in relation to personal data that DataFort holds about you, see the Privacy Notice. Requests may be submitted through this form marked "Data subject request" and are handled under the process described there.

Fields marked * are required.

Please do not include passwords, private keys, payment-card details, or unnecessary special-category personal data in an initial enquiry. Submitting this form is an enquiry only: it does not create a solicitor–client relationship, a controller–processor relationship, or any other professional relationship, and no engagement exists until a written engagement document is signed by both parties. We will use the details you provide to respond, to prepare a proposal, and to administer the relationship, on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where applicable, steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract. See the Privacy Notice and Terms of Service.

Before you write

What makes an enquiry easy to answer

Tell us the pressure

A procurement questionnaire, a regulator's letter, an acquisition, a failed penetration test, a customer complaint, or a board that has started asking questions. The driver shapes the scope far more than the stated service does.

Tell us the shape

Roughly how many people, how many countries, which systems hold personal data, whether you have a DPO, and whether anything is already written down. Approximate answers are fine.

Tell us the deadline

If there is a date you are working to — a contract signature, a go-live, a regulatory response — say so. It determines whether a proportionate scope is achievable.

Keep it non-confidential

An initial enquiry should not contain confidential detail, credentials or personal data beyond your own business contact details. Once a mutual non-disclosure agreement is in place, we can go into specifics.
